Icon License

THIS IS A LICENSE AGREEMENT, between you, the licensee, and UI Pantry, Inc, the licensor. By purchasing, downloading, or using any image contained in the icon pack sold by licensor, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Under this license agreement a purchaser is granted unlimited lifetime usage of all icons purchased. Icons contained in Hipcons can be used for both commercial and personal purposes such as any kinds of mobile applications, web sites, web applications as well as for printing, fliers, brochures, etc. You do not need an extra license for every new project.

The icons may be accessed and used by the licensee and up to three (3) other people whom are employed by the licensee. These extra people may not be contractors or consultants.

Under this license agreement you can:

• Use Hipcons royalty free for personal, commercial and client projects
• Modify, alter or manipulate Hipcons

User this license agreement you can NOT:

• Use Hipcons in pornographic, obscene or defamatory material.
• Resell, sub-license, transfer or distribute in downloadable format

If you purchase Hipcons, you must abide by the following restrictions:

• You may not make these icons available for public download.
• Icons may not be distributed to third party companies or individuals
• Making modifications or alterations to Hipcons, does not free you to sell, license or distribute them to anyone else.
• Any icons from Hipcons may not be incorporated into any logo or trademark without written consent from licensor.

Payments and Refunds:

Hipcons uses PayPal as a secure merchant to process payments. Purchases on Hipcons are all digital delivery. We do not issue refunds for any purchases. If files are lost, or damaged please send us an email info@gethipcons.com

Icons for Cause

Charity is a big part of the reason why Hipcons was crafted. Giving back to the world is something that everyone can participate in. When you purchase any icon, font or collection pack from Hipcons, we will be donating 20% of your total to a charity. Hipcons will change the charities that we donate to on a monthly basis. We do this simply because we want to share the love, and the kindness from you to the world. The charities that we will commonly support are listed below.
